Starting in 1985, Daniel J. Toal & Associates began consultations for clients seeking advice for securing multi-family commercial loans.

Over the next several years, this consulting service expanded to include diners, restaurants, grocery stores and various other commercial endeavors.

As the new century began, we continued to grow into such areas as multi-unit residential construction projects and large hotel financing applications.

In 2004, a new area of consulting opened for us. We were brought in by a church ministry which was seeking to grow by purchasing a new building and converting it into a church facility. Although they had previously been unsuccessful in getting financing to achieve this goal, working with them, we were able to secure the necessary funds.

This successful relationship opened an area of consulting which both satisfies a much needed service and gives a wonderful feeling of positive community involvement.

Since then, we have assisted in securing church funds which have aided in such projects as refinancing for better terms and conditions on existing loans, purchasing new facilities and the renovation of existing facilities.

We look forward to continued growth in this vital service and with God's grace we hope to assist many more ministries in need.
