A preliminary written approval can usually be obtained within 30 days of the lender's receipt of a complete loan application package. In most cases, a formal written final approval can be obtained within 45 to 60 days later once such items as the appraisal, title search and other lender requirements are completed. Closing can usually take place within 30 days after final approval is received.
In most cases a personal guarantor will not be required. However, under rare circumstances a personal guarantor may be required which would be discussed with your Church prior to submitting a loan package
