Building new church facilities that will serve as a ministry tool in reaching the unchurched, carnal and unsaved is the objective for every church. However, if the new facility creates financial troubles, impedes upon other ministry programs, or becomes a burden to the congregation because of too much building debt, tragic consequences will follow.
Additionally, as required, we will secure funding for new building purchases, existing building renovations, and existing loan recasting for better rates and terms.
Daniel J. Toal & Associates will work with our key personnel to gather, analyze, compose and submit loan request packages to potential lenders which will present each client in the best light possible.

We will assist your ministry through the process of pre-approval and closing, serving as your primary contact between the lender.
Here, we will finalize the deal and gather any additional documemtaion that may be required; answering any and all questions.
